1. E-mail us with details about your project.

2. Decide on a style by noting one of the renderings in our galleries.

3. Once we see your project, Arcrealm Studio will e-mail your company with an accurate price quote. If you have dwg CADD files, now is the time to e-mail them. This determines the price we can offer you. If you don't have dwg files and we have to work from PDF's, it will increase the price for the project.

4. If you choose ArcRealm Studio to do your rendering, a contract will be e-mailed to you and will need an authorized signature from the owner or person responsible for signing off on projects. A 50% deposit is due when returning the signed contract before we can start any work.

5. We can get started as soon as we get your contract and payment. The turnaround time for typical projects can range from 1 to 2 weeks. More complicated projects can take a little longer.

6. Your building will then be created as black and white linework in perspective for your view approval. Once the view is approved, then we will go to the color stage. Make sure architectural revisions are done before we go to final rendering stage.

7. Along the way, you will receive low resolution, watermarked jpgs of the finished product for your approval. If you have color adjustments, we will be happy to make the adjustments at no charge.

8. The last step is to complete payment of the remaining balance before delivery of High resolution file or CD. A convenient and flexible payment option is available through a Paypal invoice that will be sent to you. Final payment through paypal invoice is required for rush projects.
